Der Prozeß

Supporting Gernot Plass on his production of Der Prozeß at Theater and der Gumpendorferstrasse in Vienna was one of my first jobs working in professional theatre. I was able to get first experience in Assistant Directing – scheduling rehearsals, liaising with design teams, leading understudy rehearsals and overseeing technical aspects. Working for a venue with a fixed ensemble was a great adventure and I decided to write my MA Thesis on the development of the play, how to adapt novels for the stage, specifically Kafka's works.
